Welcome to the Ekrub Players!
As a Volunteer Not for Profit Community Theatre Organization we seek to forge alliances with other community groups in our area. These partnerships allow us to expand our art and theater programs for children and families.
The Ekrub Players has entertained families of Northern New York since 2007. Our ambitions are many, although our primary is to continue an avenue of outdoor performance arts for youth and their families. A strong outreach program in the community enables the Ekrub Players to maintain workshops and the outdoor performances. The Outdoor Theatre utilizes a wide variety of community resources. Local schools, churches, girl & boy scouts, 4-H groups, dance groups, senior volunteers, area artisans, farms and the support of generous businesses collectively enhance our performances.
We currently seek volunteers and vendors for all our programs and at all levels of experience. If you have a little or a lot of time on your hands and would like to meet like minded people who enjoy community involvement and entertaining there is a spot for you. If you are a visitor passing through we would love to share Northern New York’s talents with you.
